We Now have Mobile Ultrasound :) !!

I started my career as a Veterinarian working with the largest genetics company in the US, Trans Ova. As many of my clients know, reproduction has always been my first love in vet med and that is what we did there. We helped farmers, breeders, and wildlife and hunting preserves “multiply success” by producing some of the finest genetics in the world. It was truly a pleasure working and learning from the talented team of both research and veterinary personnel. Using an ultrasound for reproductive exams, pregnancy checks, and soft tissue examination was all I did; day in and day out.

It is with great anticipation, I hope to bring that same passion to improve general veterinary medicine here in Savannah. Whether that be helping out with breeders, or diagnosing a urinary tract infection by visualizing the bladder right in your home!

What we can now do:

In Small Animal (canine/feline): We can use the ultrasound to guide fine needle aspirations (sample/diagnose masses), we can image the heart for pericardial effusion (fluid around the heart), check for masses in the abdomen or chest (spleen and liver especially), check on the kidneys for polycystic disease or renal calculi, check the bladder for masses or stones, check the gallbladder (mucocoeles), check for pregnancy, check out intact females for pyometras, check for abdominal effusion (fluid in the abdomen), monitor for changes in masses that have been previously diagnosed, AND MORE.

In Large Animal (goats/sheep/cattle): Flush and transfer embryos on farm, evaluate pregnancy status and fetal gender/age in recipients, and overall monitor and consult on reproductive medicine.

Most importantly we can bring our philosophy of high quality medicine with old fashioned customer service up a tier. We are so excited to add this to our offerings at your home, and hope you are too.

A special thank you to the fantastic team at EI Medical and Choice Medical for getting us this Ultrasound and supporting veterinarians in the Southeast.

Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions by using !
